1. Refunds for Payments Exceeding 100,000 AED


Eligibility Period: For any payments exceeding 100,000 United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), you may request a refund within 10 days from the date of payment.

Non-Refundable After 10 Days: After the 10-day period has elapsed, such payments become non-refundable.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within the eligibility period.

Provide proof of payment and any relevant transaction details.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after approval.


2. Return and Refund of Merchandise


Defective or Malfunctioning Products:

If you receive a product that is defective or malfunctioning, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Period: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Condition of Return: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund:

Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to verify the defect or malfunction.

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

If the product is not found to be defective, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or may offer a partial refund at our discretion.


3. Non-Refundable Items and Services


Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Services Rendered: Fees for services that have already been completed are non-refundable.

Digital Products: Any digital goods or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.


4. Shipping Costs


Defective Products: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Other Returns: For all other returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.


5. General Conditions


Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds and returns.

Condition of Products: Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them, except for normal wear and tear.
